BREAKING: Brexit Poised to Win in an Upset

In the few minutes it took me to set up this post, the odds went up 14% to 69 cents.

Only 8.6% of the votes have been counted, but Brexit is consistently beating expectations in virtually every constituency.

For the first time this evening, a leading pollster is now stating that a Brexit win is the most likely outcome.

UPDATE (14 minutes later): Brexit just sank from 69 cents to 38 cents. The Telegraph results page is down. What is happening?

UPDATE (122 minutes later): Brexit is now at 84 cents. Most commentators think it's over. Farage says Cameron should resign.

UPDATE (sorry) (135 minutes later): 95 cents.
