The setting looks like some sort of college club function with various tables arrayed around a room. A quiet and polite young man is wearing the hat (was he staffing a table?) when he is suddenly set upon by an SJW commando squad, led by a sort of Opposite World Ann Coulter.

The scene ends when a squad member steals the hat directly off the young man's head.
