  1. May God have mercy on us all. I wonder if this is the sign we were told to expect. It sure looks like Satan is sitting on the Throne of Peter.

  5. Enough of Benedict...he seems perfectly friendly with Francis, giving him a nice, warm welcome at the "mercy door" entrance.

  7. I studiously avoided watching this live. A sound-and-light show can be solemn and moving. These pictures make me expect to hear "The Circle of Life." The Catholic Church as Disney production.

  9. I'm shocked, and I'm from L.A., used to strange things, but this is despicable. And childish. And... I actually think I am going to cry.
There is something foreboding and terribly wrong with this.

  10. What next? Will he make a horse a cardinal?

  11. The Prince of This World is calling the shots at the Vatican. The Bear is sure he was vastly entertained by the spectacle, as were his votaries on his planet.

  12. I wish I'd been there, it seemed really serene and ethereal.

  13. Is it just me or I can quite clearly see many "images" of many "beasts"... Just saying...

  14. Below is a link to a petition for the conversion or abdication of 'Pope' Francis. I signed, but, of course we all know that the college of cardinals is pretty much a big evil hydra. If the Bergoglio head is extinguished, another ugly hydra head will likely replace him. Nonetheless, I felt I should sign it.

While I do not believe Francis is a true pope , he, at least bodily occupies the Chair of Peter. There is, then, the remotest of possibilities that he could convert and abolish Vat 2 and return the Church to tradition.

  15. Yep, have already signed the petition. Let him excommunicate me as has been threatened. Bring it on.
